SEO AutoPilot is an AI-powered content generation tool that helps small businesses create SEO-optimized blog posts. The Service generates draft content based on keywords and business information you provide.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
• You must ensure published content is accurate for your business
• You must not use the Service to publish misleading, false, or illegal content
• You are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You must keep your account credentials secure

4. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by SEO AutoPilot is AI-generated and provided as a draft for your review. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are solely responsible for content you publish to your website
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from published AI-generated content

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Contact us at byeonggwon5337@gmail.com to request a refund.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO AutoPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content produced for your account belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your business information solely to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the Service, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you by email of material changes.
